Rockstar has released three official GTA VI videos. This is the thread to pick them apart. Please link only Rockstar's own uploads, and no leaked footage, ever.
Trailer 1
- Released Monday December 4 2023 at 6:07 p.m. ET on YouTube, ahead of its planned debut.
- Runs 1:30. The song is "Love Is A Long Road" by Tom Petty.
- When it came out, the game was due in 2025.

Trailer 2
- Released Tuesday May 6 2025 at 9:29 a.m. ET, four days after the first delay to May 26 2026.
- Runs 2:47. The song is "Hot Together" by The Pointer Sisters.
- Rockstar says it was "captured entirely in-game from a PlayStation 5, comprised of equal parts gameplay and cutscenes."
- Official upload: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VQRLujxTm3c
An Extended Look
- Premiered on Netflix on Thursday August 27 2026 at 3 p.m. ET, then on YouTube at 9 p.m. ET. Runs 26:48.
- Rockstar says it was "captured entirely from in-game footage on PlayStation 5."
- Netflix reported 31.1 million views from August 27 to 30. That is Netflix's measure, total watch time divided by runtime, so it cannot be compared with YouTube counts.
- Official upload: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tJbzMqJGH4k
There is no Trailer 3 as of October 11 2026. Rockstar's GTA VI site lists only these three.
